Bart Scott Postgame Interview

Wasn’t able to comment on the Bart Scott interview since I had called it a day on the live blog a little early as the Jets stuck a dagger into the hearts of the Pats, but if you haven’t seen it, here’s the now infamous Bart Scott postgame interview

This post game interview was odd to say the least. I would have thought they lost with the tone of this interview. But people can say what ever they want about Rex Ryan, he gets his players to buy in to his message and his players build up actual hatred for the other team. The Jets reminds me of some of the old Packers and Steelers teams that were bitter about everything.

I’m not exactly sure who Bart Scott was talking about to be honest. No one was exactly criticizing the Jets defense. In fact I always thought their defense to be one of the strong suits of the team. Scott seemed pumped up over a whole lot of nothing. I do agree that Ryan knows how to motivate his team and the Jets are going to show up at Heinz Field ready to play ball. The Steelers are playing like a completely different team since their showdown versus the Jets, so I’m still predicting a Pittsburgh victory.
