NFL Week 4 Point Spreads

30 Sep

Maybe I’ll improve every week. After going 6-9 with one push in the first week, I scored a 9-7 last week. A three game improvement I’ll take it. I’ll get right to the picks this week. I’m pressed for time and really hungry. I’ll give you one sentence for each game (one word is possible) about why I’m picking the way I am. Let’s get to it.

Dallas Cowboys (-1.5) vs. Detroit Lions – The world will end if the Lions are 4-0.

New Orleans Saints (-7) at Jacksonville Jaguars – Drew Brees against the Jaguar’s pass defense.

Philadelphia Eagles (-9) vs. San Francisco 49ers – Eagles need to prove something this week, and they’re at home.

Washington Redskins (-2) at St. Louis Rams – Rams are banged up and really terrible right now.

Tennessee Titans (+1) at Cleveland Browns – Chris Johnson has to bounce back at some point.

Buffalo Bills (-3) at Cincinnati Bengals – I’m driving the Bills’ bandwagon.

Minnesota Vikings (-2) at Kansas City Chiefs – Adrian Peterson complained this week and the team will listen.

Carolina Panthers (+6) at Chicago Bears – Panthers pull off the upset, Bears aren’t as good as people think.

Houston Texans (-3.5) vs. Pittsburgh Steelers – Last week was a big red flag for the Steelers.

Atlanta Falcons (-4.5) at Seattle Seahawks – Homefield advantage will only take you so far.

Arizona Cardinals (+1) vs. New York Giants – Giants come back down to Earth for now.

Miami Dolphins (+7) at San Diego Chargers – Dolphins have to show something right?

Denver Broncos (+12.5) at Green Bay Packers – Too big of a line, Broncos aren’t THIS bad.

New England Patriots (-4) at Oakland Raiders – Reverse jinx.

Baltimore Ravens (-3.5) vs. New York Jets – Baltimore is better.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-10) vs. Indianapolis Colts – Curtis Painter.

Season 15-16-1
